WEIGHTLIFTING:

Group training or Individual?

Need a coaches eye on your technique? Feel like something is holding you back but not sure what? Stuck in ‘Lockdown’ and need guidance to keep momentum?

One-to-one coaching could be what you need to keep progressing to the next level. All individually coached sessions come with follow up video analysis.

If you prefer a group training environment I can help you too. I offer coaching for every level and each group training session is capped at 6 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need.

 

Online coaching

One-to-one coaching via FaceTime

60 or 90 minute sessions by appointment

Online Programming

Options range from 2-3 days per week programming designed to work around other athletic endeavours through to 5 days per week exclusively weightlifting. Training programmes delivered through a dedicated app or using google sheets. Regular video analysis available.

Saturdays small group training session

New to weightlifting? No problem. Learn the snatch, clean and jerk as well as improving squat form and strength ratios. Booked as a minimum 4 week programme. It is best to begin with individual coaching which will also act as an assessment of your current ability. Once we have met and trained, you will be encouraged to join the group sessions*

Want to get better at the competition lifts? Even if your goal isn't to compete at a lifting competition, getting better at the snatch and clean & jerk is a must for CrossFit too. Each lifter will have their own programme but benefit from a fun and friendly training environment to bring out your best lifts.
