T&C
Prior to commencing training with SFWL each lifter will be required to fill out a physical activity readiness questionnaire. Please consult your GP if you have any concerns about undertaking training.
Improving your performance is our number one priority, but your health and safety should be yours. If there are any reasons you should not be weightlifting you are obligated to state so from the outset. Please use the PARQ to list any such reasons and communicate to your coach any queries.
Training sessions performed remotely online are subject to your own risk assessment and as such SFWL takes no responsibility for injury resulting from poor maintenance of equipment or training area. Please ensure your training environment is safe for use.
Training sessions whether online or in-person are subject to a strict 24hrs cancellation policy. If you require to change or re-schedule a training session please do so with more than 24hrs notice. Cancellations made within 12hrs of an agreed training time will be charged in full. Cancellations made between 24 and 12hrs prior to a training session will be charged at 50% of the session price. The further 50% will be available to carry towards a future training session but is strictly non-refundable.
Payments are made directly to your coach. Please use your surname as reference for ease of tracking and confirming session bookings. Payment must be made prior to any session commencing. In the case of late or missing payments the provision of coaching or programming will be terminated immediately.
Prices are not subject to discounts or special offers at any time of the year. We aim to provide fantastic and unrivalled service and believe our pricing is fair and representative of the effort put into giving you the best coaching possible.
Programming will be delivered in stages after payment has been confirmed. It will be provided using Google Sheets or True Coach app depending on the type and nature of the programme. No refunds are available for programming after it has been delivered.
Programming is to be performed either at home in a suitable gym environment or at another training facility where access is granted. SFWL provides no facilities for training using its programming unless through the booking of one-to-one or group training sessions as advertised.
It is the trainee’s responsibility to make known any previous, existing or new injury or impediment to training. SFWL has an extensive network of medical and physiotherapy colleagues and is happy to refer lifters to the appropriate professional. SFWL takes no responsibility for any treatment, financial or ongoing arrangements with aforementioned professional.
Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis and peoples personal circumstances will be carefully and compassionately considered. Please allow SFWL some time in any such requests and any communication will be kept clear and confidential.
